How to start a new business?

Hi everybody; I just started a new business of sport goods from Sialkot Pakistan. I’m fresher in this international market. I manufactured in local market but little info about international market. Problem is that ” I want to grab new customers from this international market but I don’t have sufficient expense to spend in this market for visiting international tours & exhibitions. I launch my company’s website online. I’m also searching some address on search websites but some work but most of them don’t disclose their info & even contacts.
If I want to get those contacts then I have to register my company on their platform as a gold member which expense is more than my pocket.
So please help me out and give me solution what should I do to get the real and true customer on web? How can I enter in international market? And which possibilities can come in this international market. Please solve it as a true friend and give me right direction regarding my this problem. I’ll be thankful to all of you.
